The hotel's location is rather peaceful and quiet with few shops and restaurants around. Room is tidy and comfy, with complete facilities. Staff is exceptional, welcoming, approachable, and helpful.
We faced some issues with the bathroom drainage system.

The staff were incredibly friendly, and the room was cozy and clean. We loved the fact that the hotel was located in a quiet area, which allowed us to get a good night's sleep every night. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
The drain in the shower wasn't functioning properly, which resulted in the bathroom being flooded for a brief period of time. , there were limited options for food nearby but we were able to order food delivery through Grab.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. They spoke good English and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel facilities were modern and well-maintained. The cleanliness was top-notch and the rooms were cozy, bright and spacious. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. The location was in a quiet area which allowed us to sleep peacefully every night. To top it off, the staff offered us complimentary ice water which was really refreshing!
Everything is what we need and want.

Celebrating New Year in this hotel was amazing! the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, with big smiles on their faces all the time. the room was comfortable and clean with all the necessities we needed. the breakfast was delicious, especially the options in the menu. the location was perfect to get a good night's sleep, as it was in a quiet area.
It was quite uncomfortable and inconvenient, but the staff were quick to solve the problem.
